Do we return orders? We deliver the right product at right time and right place. So, the return of order requests have no reason for us. We always deliver those orders which are placed by customers after completely visiting the product on website. We follow six sigma concept of Total Quality Management to deliver the orders in which we recorded 99.9% accuracy. Our order processing team thoroughly examine the order before shipping and only those products are delivered which are according to the demand of the customers. However, if some wrong product is delivered to the customer it is received back and correct product is delivered in its replacement and all extra charges are borne by us and only routine charges are received from the customer on 1st time delivery. We apologize with our customers if any wrong product is delivered to our customers.
How we receive return / exchange requests? All return or exchange requests are received through e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS or Help Desk form. The Customer Support Representative examine the request and after finalizing the decision it is informed to the customer through e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp and Help Desk Ticket reply and processed accordingly.
